Credits and pricing
Sending is charged against your account’s credit balance. One credit is one rupiah, so the balance reads as rupiah.
What a send costs
Section titled “What a send costs”| Send | Cost |
|---|---|
OTP (POST /otp/send) |
0 while inside your plan’s included allowance; otherwise the plan’s overage rate, or 165 credits with no plan |
Notification (POST /messages/send) |
0 while inside the allowance; otherwise the plan’s overage rate, or 28 credits with no plan |
Message from a rented number (POST /devices/{id}/messages) |
The rental’s own terms — see Rent and use a number |
Google Business (/gmb/...) |
Never charged from credits. The connector is part of the package — see below |
Your plan includes a monthly message allowance and an overage rate per message beyond it; both appear on the plan in the dashboard. The balance is drawn down only when the allowance is exhausted.
Google Business is plan-included, not credit-billed
Section titled “Google Business is plan-included, not credit-billed”The Google Business Profile connector is included in the Growth package and every package above it. No call
to it — reading a business, editing a listing, reading or replying to a review — draws on your credit balance,
and 402 insufficient_credits is never an answer from it. What the package decides is how many businesses
you can keep connected at once:
| Package | Businesses connected at once |
|---|---|
| Starter (and no package) | The connector is not included (402 gmb_plan_required) |
| Growth | 10 |
| Business | 50 |
| Scale | 200 |
| Platform | 1,000 |
What limits how often you can call it is the shared Google budget, not money: see
Google Business rate limits. Your usage is visible at
GET /gmb/usage as activity, not as a charge.
What can fail on money
Section titled “What can fail on money”402 insufficient_credits means the balance is below the cost of this message. The response does not
carry the numbers — check the balance in the dashboard rather than parsing a header, and top up before
retrying in a loop.
A message that MauKirim never sends is not charged. If you see a charge for something the delivery log shows
as failed, the batch’s cost is refunded when the failure is settled; if that looks wrong, send support the
batchId.
Credits are not bought through this API
Section titled “Credits are not bought through this API”There is no credit-purchase endpoint. Balances are added by the MauKirim team or consumed from a package subscription bought in the dashboard. The API tells you when you have run out; it does not sell you more.
